Euphoria rains down. The sound of rain pelting the roof and dripping on the windows. In the vegetable garden, however, the cries of joy from the Massonnot children resound. Wearing their big welly boots, they defy the weather god. They splash around in the puddles, giggling away, oblivious of the water creeping up to their knees. Mother Nature reclaims her rights as the little creatures emerge from their hiding places: oh the beauty of soil full of life!
The terroir has its own language for telling stories without getting lost in details.
The hints of small yellow fruits first confirm the grape variety. The fragrances of quince spread and kernels generate a surprising sensation of ripeness. A hint of grenadine can also be detected.
Full-bodied, fruity and delicate... The palate takes us on an aromatic journey of almonds and kernels, connecting with the bouquet, and in keeping with the terroir grape variety. The finish is still as full-bodied, sending us on a scrumping spree around the garden for crunchy fruit, both yellow and red.

On the label, you see between the branches of our two trees - fig and apple, the precocious and slender anemones growing along the dry-stone garden walls.
