The small cuttings... You can imagine the hands putting the soil back around the young plant. They gently pack the soil and go off to fetch the watering can. The young plant takes root, finds its bearings and gets used to this new life outside the pot. If it feels right, it will be full of promises. In this cuvée, the winemaker has captured the work of a single year. One of the many promises that make up the life of a vine.
