Our story is of men and women deeply attached to their land, their vineyards and an extraordinary garden with an enchanting variety of plants.
This place is teeming with life, combining colours, scents and flavours to create an enchanting spectacle.
As much of nothing as possible
Our Premier Cru vineyards are entirely farmed organically. Pinot Meunier is our main grape variety, but Pinot Noir and Chardonnay also flourish here. Whether they are used in a blend or as a single variety, they each give our wines their characteristics and aromas.
Nature is revealed
By giving our vines tender loving care and our wines enough time to mature, we succeed in producing champagne and wine with expressive flavours, original and rich in texture.
